This interview came out a week ago, but my computer was down and I forgot to post. One of the more fun interviews I've done in a minute. Exactly what I've been talking about. Look, Madbury Club is not Gourmet Magazine, but the writer that came understood more about the environment we've created at XY than a lot of other "food writers". Was dope. Not better, just dope.
